These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Champion Sprinklers website and your engagement of our sprinkler repair, maintenance, and irrigation services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Champion Sprinklers provides sprinkler repair, system tune-ups, valve repair, head replacement, leak detection, controller programming and replacement, winterization, spring start-ups, zone additions, and related irrigation services to residential and commercial properties in Utah County, Utah.

Service Calls & Pricing

All service visits include a service call fee. We will provide you with the best cost estimate we can over the phone before scheduling. Once on-site, our technician will diagnose the issue and update you on the final price before proceeding with additional work. If you choose not to move forward with the repair, you are still responsible for payment of the service call fee and any work or diagnostic time completed up to that point.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to late fees.

Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails under normal use conditions, contact us and we will make it right. Warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, acts of nature (including freeze damage on non-winterized systems), or pre-existing conditions not addressed during the original service.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee on future bookings.

Property Access & Responsibility

By scheduling a service, you authorize Champion Sprinklers to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe, clear access to your sprinkler system components including valve boxes, controllers, and backflow preventers. Please secure pets and remove any obstacles before our arrival.

Limitation of Liability

Champion Sprinklers will perform all work with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions discovered during service, damage caused by defective or aging components beyond the scope of our repair, or issues arising from modifications made by others after our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
